Megan the Composer

I composed and recorded the music for the beautiful short film Green Heart by Vann Ferderber, which premiered in theatres at the 2023 Vancouver Asian Film Festival.

The soundtrack involved instruments like the harp, synths, guitar, and even a guzheng.

My Music&Movement and Literacy lessons go far beyond using popular nursery rhymes. I add a personal touch to my curriculum by writing my own songs with goals in mind - gross or fine motor, dramatic play, phonics, sensory exploration, and more.

I've always been drawn to the soothing sound of the classical guitar. I'm currently working on composing a collection of lullabies for littles.
